Case study — in progress

A performance dashboard for teachers

Most gradebooks show a single number: where a student landed this term. They rarely answer the more useful question — is this student improving relative to their own history, and how does that compare to the rest of the cohort? We're building a dashboard with a partner school to answer exactly that, for teachers who currently have to piece it together by hand.

Relative, not just absolute

Every student gets a trend line against their own past performance, so a "C" that used to be a "D" reads as the win it is.

Cohort accountability

Rolled-up trends give school leadership a honest read on whether the whole cohort is moving, not just individual students.
